By using Pesto's AI web development service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users who access Pesto through Telegram, WhatsApp, or our website.
Description of Service
Pesto is an AI-powered service that allows you to create and update websites through chat messages. We provide: • Website modifications based on your natural language instructions. • Sandbox previews of all changes before deployment. • One-tap deployment to your hosting platform. • Instant rollback of approved changes. The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each change request consumes credits based on complexity.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for: • Providing accurate account and website access information. • Maintaining the security of your messaging platform account. • Reviewing sandbox previews before approving deployments. • Ensuring you have the right to modify the websites you connect to Pesto. • All activity that occurs under your account.
Credits and Payments
• Credits are purchased in packages (Basic, Popular, Pro) at the prices listed on our website. • Credits are consumed when you approve a change for deployment. Previews and revisions do not consume credits. • Credits do not expire. • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused credits. • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
Intellectual Property
• You retain full ownership of your website content and code. • Changes made by Pesto to your website become your property upon deployment. • You grant us a limited license to access and modify your website solely to provide the Service. • We do not claim ownership over any content created or modified through our Service.
Service Limitations
Pesto is designed for frontend web changes. We may decline requests that: • Involve backend systems, databases, or payment processing. • Require access to systems beyond your connected hosting platform. • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights. • Could compromise the security or stability of your website. We will inform you upfront if a request falls outside our capabilities.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we cannot guarantee that every AI-generated change will be error-free. This is why we provide sandbox previews and instant rollback — always review changes before approving deployment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pesto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Upon termination: • Unused credits remain valid for 90 days and may be refunded upon request. • Your website remains unaffected — we do not make changes after termination. • You can request export of your conversation and change history.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through your messaging platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
